This house re-defines tight quarters. Malissa’s tiny but gorgeous 170 ft. home in Washington won Apartment Therapy’s Small Cool Contest this year. As one of the commenters brilliantly called it: Smallest. Coolest. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. Marissa lives in her wood-filled house with her husband and their two cats.

Keenan and I don't mind small living spaces. But I do think we'll wake up in a four bedroom house one day and shake our heads at New York City living.
