Down the Rabbit Hole

'Well!' thought Alice to herself, ' after such a fall as this, I shall think nothing of tumbling down stairs!

Down the Rabbit Hole is a new series in 2014. Every week I will compile my favorite things from around the internet for our mutual enjoyment. The internet is fun! Enjoy!

At Home in Brooklyn. Discovered via Miss Moss, always a favorite. I was so, so excited to see these black and white photos of apartments just around the corner from us. Love this so much.

The friendliest face on the cutest mug. (Remember how I love faces on stuff?)

I love the idea of making yourself draw one thing a week all year: 52 Weeks of Drawings

Woolrich White looks pretty amazing. I love a cozy but nice looking coat/sweater to death.

Contact lenses that could possibly track glucose levels in diabetics? I immediately thought of my little sister.

Oh, every time I look at the Purl Bee blog I think of a million sewing projects I want to do. Then I remember I never sew. But honestly, so many of these projects would be so easy. One day.

Nutella brownie pudding. Uh huhhhhh.

I can get behind any sort of declaration against the winter blues.

And, a quick mom question: Anybody out there use a red light/green light alarm clock for their toddler? We'd love to start using something like this to teach our two-year-old to not cry for us until it's a little later in the morning. Something like this, but less cheaply made?

And, a runner question: What is your favorite music to listen to while running? I've been running for almost fifteen years and I've never listened to music. But. For some reason it sounded kind of amazing last time I was out so I'm curious what gets you going. I'd like to dabble in this mysterious world of music-while-working-out. (Now that I asked that question, I want to ask a hundred. What are you favorite shoes? Do you even wear shoes? Because lots of people wear those finger toe running shoes here. What are you favorite running clothes? What kind of running jacket do you wear in the wintertime so you don't die? Do you prefer really cushy running socks like I do? What's your favorite NYC race? So many things.
